Booking
If you are a first time client at Haven please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to allow time to complete your consultation to determine the best treatment for your individual needs.
Every effort will be made to accommodate late arrivals, though we regret full service time may not be possible.

Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy, and because your appointment is reserved especially for you, we ask you to notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Please have available a credit card, laser, or gift voucher number to secure treatment over a certain amount (€50). Any NO-SHOW appointments will incur 50% charge of reserved services or redeemable gift voucher value.

Children

We ask clients not to bring children to the salon in respect of those who come to relax and escape the outside world. (Unless by prior arrangement)
